SWL Crossflow Evaporative Condenser SWL evaporative condenser is a piece of high-efficiency heat exchange equipment which comes into being on the basis of adopting the internationally advanced heat-exchange technology.
The evaporative condenser uses water and air as the cooling medium. Inside, there are a water dispatching system, condensing coils, wet padding heat exchange layer, dehydrator and so on. Outside, there are a pump, electronic water treatment apparatus and a propeller fan on the top of condensing coil. The propeller fan strengthens the flow of the air and causes negative pressure inside. When the evaporative condenser works, the cooling water is sprayed from water dispatching system to the surface of condensing coils equably to form a thin layer of water film.

SWLN Counterflow Evaporative Condenser SWLN evaporative condenser uses water and air as the cooling medium. There is refrigerant medium or other high-temperature fluid in the tube. The high-temperature medium flows from the upper intake pipe to all heat exchange coils. When it is cooled by air or water, it will flow out through the lower discharge pipe. The circulating water pump leads recycled water from the bottom of the equipment to the top of the heat exchange coil stack, and then the water goes through shower pipe to be evenly sprayed on the surface of the heat exchange coil by the nozzle. Mixed Flow Cooling Tower Developed on the basis of internationally advanced heat-exchange technology, SMF closed circuit cooling tower is a piece of highly efficient heat exchange equipment.
The working fluid is flowing inside the coils, which are enwrapped by spray water on the outside. The heat of water is transferred by coils and becomes the saturated vapor when meets the water and air. The heat is exhausted out of the cooling tower by the fan, and water is collected back to the bottom tank. The spray water is cooled down via PVC radiation fin during the circulation process and flows in the same direction with the fresh wind. The coil mainly takes sensible heat travel style. This is especially suitable for cooling high temperature fluid.

SCF Counterflow Closed Circuit Cooling Tower SCF closed circuit cooling tower is a piece of highly efficient heat exchange equipment that is designed and made using sophisticated heat-exchange technology.
The air enters through the inlet in the bottom of the cooling tower, which is in an alternating counter-flow direction with spray water falling down, forming saturated vapor in this process. The heat is exhausted out of tower by the fan and the water is collected to bottom tank and circulate continuously by the special evaporator. As there is no heat transfer padding inside the closed circuit cooling tower, more space is saved to increase coil's radiating area. This is suitable for cooling applications where the outlet water temperature is required to be close to the wet bulb temperature.
